This is FUNCTION: an annual magazine and DVD; a guide to visual culture.

Created, directed, and run by and for students of Ryerson University's Image Arts program, FUNCTION is comprised of diverse and creative student work in photography, film, and new media; as well as interviews with acclaimed image makers. It is positioned in a fine art context, and provides a forum for students to investigate ideas, aesthetics, and visual concepts present in the world today.
